Sundays at Fiamma are a celebration of the Italian tradition of gathering around the table. Set against the lush surrounds of Sentosa, Fiamma presents one of the best Sunday brunch buffet experiences in Singapore.
Guests are invited to savour a generous selection of antipasti, including freshly shucked oysters, artisanal cheeses, handmade pastas, wood-fired pizzas and mains, alongside unlimited pours of Champagne and wines.

Inspired by the convivial pizzerias of Naples, Pizza Club brings people together over freshly baked pizzas served straight from the wood-fired oven.
Every Tuesday evening, guests can enjoy unlimited slices of Fiamma’s signature pizzas, each crafted with carefully sourced ingredients and baked to perfection over open flame.

Discover the art of Italian pasta making in this hands-on masterclass. Guests are guided through the traditional techniques of mixing, shaping and preparing fresh pasta from scratch, offering an intimate glimpse into the craft behind one of Italy’s most beloved dishes.

Designed for intimate celebrations and refined corporate gatherings, Fiamma’s Private Dining Room brings the warmth and convivial spirit of Italian dining into an elegant, private setting for up to 18 guests.
With floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to an alfresco setting, the space offers a graceful backdrop for welcome aperitifs, milestone occasions, and meaningful gatherings.
Guests may enjoy a tailored dining experience centred around the generous spirit of Italian dining and fresh seasonal ingredients. From handmade pastas to wood-fired specialities designed for sharing, menus are curated to suit each occasion.

- Menu preorders are required at least 1 week prior. For reservations made less than 1 week in advance, the following menu is available.
- A 50% deposit is required. Cancellations within 3 to 7 days will incur a charge.
- Corkage policy $60++ (wine), $80++ (champagne), $120++ (liquor) applies. 1-for-1 Waiver applies up to a maximum of 2 bottles (min. $150++ per bottle).
- Decorations are not included. However, arrangements through external vendors are permitted. Affixing items to the walls is strictly prohibited.
Inspired by Italy's annual harvest, Vendemmia Wine Journey unfolds through a curated wine spotlight each week, celebrating a different region at the height of its vintage. Each pour captures a sense of place, season, and the enduring traditions of Italian winemaking.
