The 17-storey hotel features 95 Capella Penthouses and Suites, all designed by renowned Paris-based firm Moinard Bétaille, drawing inspiration from the verdant tropical jungle as it transforms from dawn to dusk.

Whisky connoisseurs and cocktail lovers alike will find a new home for the senses with the opening of Pony & Plume at Capella at Galaxy Macau. It is home to more than 650 whiskies presented through eight distinct flavor profiles and a Macau-inspired cocktail programme. Here, the bar’s name is its creed: the pony – a precise measure of spirit – represents intention in every pour, while the plume is the bar’s calling card, introduced as an aromatic cloud of smoke that infuses its signature cocktails, bar snacks and the divan experience.
Botanica's menu is a feast for the senses, celebrating the deep connection between gastronomy and nature’s botanicals, vibrantly brought to life by the hotel’s Executive Chef, Stephen Hsu. Here, he presents a distinctive vision of reimagined international comfort food.
Designed by Moinard Bétaille as an urban jungle, Botanica is a serene, light-filled retreat for 48 guests. Unique red oak sculptures by Mexican artist Joel Escalona add natural elegance, creating a transportive yet welcoming setting for Chef Stephen’s exploration of taste and place.
