In our constant effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we’ve built our Greenhouse to grow organic herbs and vegetables right in our backyard. They’re chosen by our chefs to star in a variety of drinks and dishes around the hotel: infused as herbal teas in the Tea Lounge, artfully plated at Côte and Phra Nakhon and soon at a unique private dinner set up within the Greenhouse itself. The assortment of greens changes with the seasons, each seedling positioned in a way that helps the surrounding plants grow healthy, strong and in abundance. Cared for by hand, without machinery or pesticides, it’s a labour of love and a constant work in progress.
